Exceptions (Company Error Only):
A refund or replacement will only be issued if the error is on our end. This includes:

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund at our discretion.
